Piedmont Housing Group (PHG) is an owner and developer of apartment communities for seniors and families.  The principals of PHG have extensive experience in the ownership and development of multifamily communities and own 24 properties in Georgia and South Carolina.  Of those properties, 20 have placed in service, 4 are currently under construction and PHG will soon begin construction on an additional property that is expected to place in service in 2022-2023.

 

The principals of PHG have a combined 34 years of experience in the development of quality apartment properties that use a financing structure consisting of tax credits and soft financing programs.
